Entrepreneurs face great difficulties in applying circular principles due to limited resources for adopting good circular practices, but also the application of digital technologies and “smart concepts” with which companies increase the potential for circular transition.
On the other hand, supply chains are becoming increasingly expensive, complex and vulnerable.
In this project, through three work packages, we will enable the creation of new value in selected production sectors, plastic and metal processing, and construction based on the principles of the circular economy (reduce, reuse, recycle).
Project activities also relate to the development of new tools for improving the circular economy in less developed regions, as well as the transfer of knowledge from developed to less developed regions of the Danube countries in the field of the circular economy.
